Services Offered

Vista West Ranch hosts a variety of wedding-related events including engagement parties, elopements, rehearsal dinners, ceremonies, and receptions.

In an effort to make your planning as easy as possible, we offer more than just a building, Below is what’s included with your rental package.

  • 250 fruitwood folding chairs. 

  • 25 custom 8 foot farm tables.

  • 1 hour rehearsal time the day of or the day before your wedding.  

  • 1 hour access for bridal/engagement photography session.

  • Catering prep area.

  • Double commercial margarita machine. Keg taps at indoor reception bar + in the Biergarten. Walk-in cooler for kegs + alcohol. 

  • Tables set-up and breakdown.

  • Month of Event Planner

  • 2 TABC Bar Tenders through Bar Butlers

  • BYOB

  • Outdoor ceremony arbor

  • Separate and spacious Bridal & Groom quarters

  • Lighting - globe + pin spots on tables

  • Use of outside vendors

  • Ample parking for overflow & buses

 

Facilities and Capacity

In addition to a beautiful outdoor ceremony space, the venue also includes a large Biergarten with a bar, two fire pits, a beautiful waterfall feature, and festoon lighting that adorns the mature oak trees around the property. The reception barn is a mix of boho and rustic with an indoor bar, long neutral drapes, willow sphere lighting, and an altar that serves as a perfect inside wedding backdrop.

There’s room for up to 250 guests to enjoy a night of celebrating and dancing the night away with the two of you.

 

Accommodations

Optional on-site lodging is available for the night of your wedding or a weekend buyout.

Our accommodations include a Bunk House in the Biergarten that sleeps up to16.

Summer Wedding Colors are always so Bright and Cheery. We look forward to seeing what wild shape our unruly arbor vine takes each year. It shows up in March and starts to turn Fall tones typically toward the end of October or early November then hang
INSIDE WEDDINGS at Vista West Ranch are just as beautiful as outside. Often our Winter and Summer couples will plan on having their ceremony inside with a quick cocktail hour in the biergarten or on the opposite side of the barn at the main bar.
