Services Offered

Vista West Ranch is a natural fit for smaller retreats — wellness gatherings, reunions, and corporate team days that don’t need lodging for a crowd. We’ve hosted plenty over the years; we just haven’t made it easy to find on the site until now.

Day Use — Book the venue for the day, no lodging required. A simple, beautiful space for groups who just need room to gather, breathe, and do the work.

Overnight — Extend into a full retreat weekend using the on-site Bunk House. Good for groups who want to stay immersed rather than pack up and drive home.

Catering prep area.
Walk-in cooler for beverages + large food orders.
Ample parking for overflow & buses

Facilities and Capacity

Our venue offers more than just a beautiful space. Your rental includes the use of a large Biergarten, two fire pits, a lovely waterfall, and string festoon lights hanging among the mature oak trees. The reception barn combines boho and rustic styles, featuring elegant drapes, unique willow sphere lighting, and a lush babies' breath arbor that creates a stunning indoor backdrop. With room for 200 guests, it's great for wellness retreats, family reunions, and corporate team building events, providing a magical evening of celebration and dancing.
