Are Fireworks Allowed?

No fireworks, Chinese lanterns or sparklers of any kind are allowed on site under any circumstances. Sorry :(

Food + Alcohol?

Can I bring in my own food and alcohol? Yes, you can bring in both. We believe this is a big part of your wedding and want you to have a choice in who you use. For this reason we do not have in-house catering. We do have a list of qualified and insured catering vendors that work at VWR on a regular basis. We also provide two TABC-certified bar tenders as part of the venue rental. You can purchase alcohol through Bar Butlers or bring it in yourself.  

What Is Your Pet Policy?

All animals must be pre-approved by VWR + TCH management. A pet addendum must be signed before allowing your furry friend on property for ceremony + post ceremony photos.

What Is The Max Capacity?

VWR can accommodate up to 250 people.

TCH can accommodate up to 150 people.

How Does Parking Work?

VWR provides approximately 80 spaces in the main parking area.  We also provide access to 20 additional spaces for overflow parking where vendors may park.

TCH provides approximately 60 spaces in the main parking area. There is also a vendor parking lot for approximately 10 cars.

Both VWR + TCH can accommodate charter buses + passenger vans in the main parking lots.

Can We Have A Band?

All reception bands must be pre-approved by VWR + TCH Management.

Soloist + non-amplified musicians are allowed for ceremony.

Do we Provide Audio?

VWR is fully wired for sound inside the Venue, Ceremony site, and over at the Biergarten.

TCH is wired for sound inside the venue. We provide portable speakers for ceremonies on the lawn and cocktail hour on the patio.

How Does Set Up + Break Down Work?

When arriving at VWR/TCH on your wedding day, the venue will be set up with all tables, linens and pin spot lighting in place according to the layout provided. Ceremony site and reception chairs as well as end of night breakdown/cleanup will be taken care of by our staff. You are just responsible for your own personal items and decor.

Can We Bring In Our Own Decor?

Of course! You can customize VWR/TCH to your heart’s desire provided that any existing decor is not damaged in the process. We ask that you not use permanent glue or nails larger than a tack on any surfaces.

What If I Need More Time?

You can add extra time for $350 per additional hour before the check-in time and $750 if you want an extra hour at the end of the night.  

Is A Security Guard or parking attendant Mandatory?

Nope!
